Our data transmission capabilities include 4800 Baud Bell 208 modems for 2780 and 3780 Binary Synchronous RJE protocol. Our in-house bulletin board has V.32 56k Baud Asynchronous data transmission capability; and our Web Site can handle either e-mail or secure FTP transmission of your data. We use the new Public Encryption Key standards for data security and can set up whatever data transmission method is most convenient for you. IPC has redundancy and backup on all systems. As the requirements change in the years to follow, IPC plans to implement the latest technology. We are currently moving into improved methods of work order flow and billing, to increase accuracy and improve throughput so your orders are in and out of IPC quickly and accurately. Additionally we are researching ways to increase our service to you through our Web Site. We realize service and quality are the most important part of our business.
