	IPC provides complete plastic card services which begin with the initial artwork and design of an institution's plastic cards. From there, IPC handles cards and forms manufacturing, embossing, magnetic stripe encoding, thermal imaging, barcoding, PIN generation and direct mailing services. IPC's services support various card programs including ATM and Check Guarantee cards, travel and entertainment cards, telecommunication, credit and debit cards, casino, V.I.P., customer loyalty cards, club membership cards, gift cards, as well as many others.

GENERAL SERVICES
Direct Mail Services	IPC's mailing services are based on automatically matching and merging cards to 8 1/2 x 11 laser printed forms and include verifying the card with the form, inserting the card onto the form, adding additional cards or pre-folded inserts, and placing them in window envelopes. The envelopes are sealed, metered, and packed into trays, and are picked up by the post office or presort for disbursement.
Security Services	IPC provides complete security measures which include bonded employees, card storage vaults, closed circuit 24 hour video recording cameras, and total intrusion alarm systems. With an emphasis on security, all of IPC's employees are bonded, and all production activities are recorded on twenty-four hour, closed circuit television. All storage vaults and alarm systems are routinely checked to ensure the security of each customer's plastic cards and production materials.
Card Reissue Services	With increased changes in networks and on-line ATM processing, many financial institutions are finding it necessary to mass reissue plastic cards to their customers. To stay in compliance with network regulations, institutions often must reissue cards with new logos and account information on the magnetic stripe. Too often, institutions are burdened with major reissue costs associated with producing, printing, and mailing new PINs to their customers. Not only is issuing new PINs costly, but institutions can lose the confidence of their customers by not allowing them to retain their old PIN. Thus, when obligated to reissue plastic cards, it is most often the goal of an institution to allow their customers to retain their old PIN. For several years, International Plastic Cards has made it possible for institutions to realize this goal. IPC has the capability to provide offset conversions to financial institutions which allows them to reissue their plastic cards without having to reissue new PINs. Through specialized in-house programming, IPC takes input data supplied by the institution which includes customers' account numbers - along with any special offsets that go with the account numbers - and runs algorithms against the new algorithms to come up with a new offset. This new offset is encoded onto the reissued plastic card, and it is this new offset which allows customers to use their original PIN. Through programming within the ATM network, the new encoded offset is checked against the old PIN, keyed in by the customer, to ensure that the card accesses the system properly. After offset conversion is completed, IPC can provide data to our customers which contains the new offsets. The new offsets can then be loaded into the institution's computer system for any future card reissues. As their customers' cards expire, the institution can send its information back to IPC for card processing with the offset thus eliminating the need to issue a new PIN.
